Our founder, Sukhdave Singh is a noteworthy person with 18 years of experience in the field of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights issues, tirelessly working in various positions and countries under the International Commitee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
With his extensive experience both international and domestically, he brings new insights and perspectives into the founding of this legal firm; offering the best of his legal expertise and advise in a variety of fields ranging from Accident & Personal Injury, Criminal Litigation & Advocacy, Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Probate & Administration, to International Arbitration.

A lifelong learner, Sukhdave Singh has completed a bachelors, postgraduate diploma and masters in various fields of studies, before stepping into the legal sector; graduating from the University of London with a Bachelors of Law (Hons) in 2004 and completing his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2006. He has since gone on to hold various supraregional positions in the promotion and integration of International Humanitarian Law with various government agencies and the Red Cross/Red Crescent National Societies in countries across Asia. He has also been a member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (CIArb) since 2021.

• Beijing, China (2009-2014);
• Juba, South Sudan (2015);
• Bangkok, Thailand (2015-2018);
• Amman, Jordan (2018-2019); and
• Nairobi, Kenya (2020-2021)
2. 14 years of experience working with the Ministry of Education in the field of Education
and training from 1989 – 2013 in Langkawi, Bintulu, Malacca and Kangar.
3. Held various supraregional positions in the promotion and Integration of International
Humanitarian Law with various government agencies and the Red Cross/Red Crescent
National Societies in the following countries;
